At Velour, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
